Many products sold by The Card Collective are custom-made to order and produced according to customer-selected specifications. Product options, layouts, dimensions, colours, materials, and other customisation selections form part of the purchase agreement and are relied upon during production and fulfilment.

Orders may enter production shortly after payment has been successfully received. This may include material sourcing, preparation, cutting, assembly, finishing, quality control procedures, and other production-related processes necessary to fulfil the order.

Current production lead times are displayed throughout the website and may vary depending on the product, selected options, material availability, seasonal demand, and order volume. Black core and custom colour matboards may require additional processing or supplier lead times. Production lead times refer only to manufacturing and handling and do not include courier delivery timeframes.

Due to the custom-made nature of many products, cancellation, refund, return, exchange, and change-of-mind rights may become limited once production has commenced, materials have been ordered, or custom components have been prepared. Eligibility for cancellations, refunds, and returns is governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy and applicable consumer laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information supplied at checkout is accurate and complete, including shipping details, contact information, selected options, customisation requests, uploaded files, reference images, sizing requirements, and any other information provided during the ordering process.

The Card Collective reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, pricing errors, technical errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are identified.

While every effort is made to ensure product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, renders, and website content are accurate, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, display settings, material characteristics, supplier updates, production methods, or product improvements made over time.
