Arc III is a walnut-finished solid wood trading card display frame case designed for collectors who want to present multiple cards within a single, continuous composition. Where Lumen focuses on illumination, Arc is defined by its physical form - a sculptural frame that elevates your collection through proportion, alignment, and material presence.
With its elongated format, Arc III introduces a horizontal structure that allows cards to be arranged in sequence, creating a more deliberate visual flow. It is designed not just to display cards individually, but to present them together as a unified layout.
Constructed from solid wood with a walnut finish, Arc III features softened, curved architectural edges that wrap seamlessly around the frame body. This continuous contour replaces traditional sharp lines, creating a refined silhouette that feels intentional from every angle.
Hand-assembled in our FrameLab workshop, each piece is precision cut, aligned, sealed, and individually inspected before dispatch.

Card Mount Options
Choose how your cards are presented:
• Classic Sleeve Fit
A clean, flush presentation designed for standard sleeved trading cards. Each card is held against the backboard using discreet adhesive to maintain alignment and stability, preserving a minimal and precise display.
• Dual-Mat Perfect-Fit Slot
A precision-engineered dual-matboard system holds each card in a pre-applied perfect-fit sleeve. The dual layers create a precisely positioned internal lip, ensuring each card is correctly aligned and held securely against the backboard. This construction prevents any shifting, allows a clean flush display, and removes the need for tape or adhesives.
Mount selection determines internal cut depth and presentation profile.
Optional Lighting
Arc III is designed as a non-illuminated display by default, prioritising material presence and form.
For collectors who want added depth, an optional LED system can be integrated within the inner lip of the frame. The lighting is recessed and concealed, producing a controlled halo effect that enhances the full length of the display without overpowering the natural frame.
Diodes are not visible when viewed front-on.
The Warm White configuration provides three adjustable brightness levels.
The RGB upgrade allows selection of static colours with each button press. The system operates at a fixed brightness level and does not include flashing or cycling effects.

Materials & Protection
Arc III is constructed from solid wood with a walnut finish, selected for its refined tone, structural integrity, and premium presentation. The curved outer profile is carefully shaped to create a continuous, uninterrupted edge that enhances both feel and visual presence across the full length of the frame.
A clear lightweight acrylic front sheet is used for optical clarity and reduced weight, allowing colour, texture, and detail to present cleanly without distortion.
The included acrylic is not UV protective. Collectors requiring UV filtration may independently upgrade glazing if desired.
Three matboard options are available:

All matboards are selected for long-term display stability and precision edge finish.
Please note: Black Core and Custom Colour matboard may add an additional 5 business days to the standard production timeframe due to custom supplier ordering. This additional time is added on top of the standard production period.

Production, Handling & Dispatch
Each Arc III display is built to order and individually assembled in our FrameLab workshop. Every frame is prepared according to the selected configuration and undergoes careful alignment, finishing, and final inspection prior to dispatch.

Priority Build (+15%)
Optional upgrade reduces production timeframe to 3–5 business days and moves your order to the front of the queue.
